ANSWER:-
Connection is the Sir Walter Lawrence Trophy: David Gower (Pic 1) is on the panel which adjudicates this award. Pic 2 is that of sir Walter Lawrence himself. Pic 3 is that of tom Moody, the fastest centurion to have claimed the trophy and Pic 4 is of Graham Lloyd, who is the only person to have won it in two consecutive years.
